Key Projects

During my time in an Intel warehouse in Texas, I explored how smart glasses can both assist and complicate their daily tasks. The observations revealed the difficulties faced when multiple employees share the glasses. See more.

A smartphone displaying a blood glucose monitoring app with a reading of 110 mg/dL, a smartwatch showing the same reading, and a Dexcom glucose sensor device.

At Hinge Health, I built and led our UX Research team of 6. We informed hardware and app design to improve the overall experience of participating in remote physical therapy.

I evaluated physical design and instructional materials for the Enso wearable TENS unit, identifying improvements to electrode placement and application instructions that increased user success rates. By listening to customers, I uncovered key user barriers to adoption, discovering fears around using medical hardware at home, leading to design changes that increased first-time setup success by 515%.
